Cancelations must be provided in writing for auditing purposes. Cancelations may be emailed to educationalprograms@im.org or faxed to (202) 861-9731. Refund requests must be received by Friday, October 3, 2008. Refunds are subject to a $75 administration fee. All refunds will be issued after the meeting.
Because AAIM must prepay most meeting expenses, the alliance is unable to provide refunds for requests made after Friday, October 3, 2008.
